Customer Contact Advisor - Clayton
Up to £30k DOE | Full Time
Are you passionate about delivering great customer service and finding solutions? We're looking for a Customer Contact Advisor to join our busy and supportive Operations Team.
You'll be a key point of contact for customers, handling everything from account queries and appointments to technical questions and complaints. Most importantly, you'll take ownership of each enquiry and see it through from start to finish.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting customers via phone, email and web chat
- Taking ownership of enquiries and delivering first-time resolutions
- Handling customer queries and complaints professionally
- Working with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Helping customers get the most from digital self-service options
- Working towards and exceeding team KPIs
- Sharing ideas to improve our services and customer experience
