The Role
As part of the Medical Negligence team, you will play a key role in supporting clients through sensitive and complex claims while gaining valuable hands-on legal experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the management of a caseload of medical negligence matters
- Supporting senior fee earners on a variety of ongoing cases
- Drafting correspondence and legal documentation
- Reviewing and analysing medical records and evidence
- Liaising with clients, medical experts, and third parties
- Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the department
