Customer Service Handler

Location: Bradford Salary: Up to Β£30k (DOE) Job Type: Full Time

The Role

As a Customer Service Handler, you'll manage customer enquiries from start to finish, taking ownership of cases and ensuring every interaction is handled professionally. You'll support customers via telephone, email, webchat and other digital channels, providing efficient resolutions and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries across phone, email, webchat and digital channels.
  • Take ownership of customer cases through to resolution.
  • Assist with account queries, appointments and general service requests.
  • Resolve complaints while managing customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver timely resolutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery.

About You

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple communication channels.
  • Customer-focused, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Experience within utilities or energy is beneficial but not essential.
