Location: Field Based - Covering South Wales and Bristol
Hours of work: Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend with the option of overtime.

It's a fantastic time to join our client, they have been established for over 40 years, use the latest in cutting edge technology and are always looking to new ways to develop their services.
This is a customer-facing role where you’ll be responsible for independently investigating and repairing external water supply issues, using a combination of technical knowledge, practical experience, and a safety-first customer focused mindset.
- Independently investigating and repairing external water supplies to domestic and commercial properties.
- Accurately identifying leak locations and determining ownership and liability for repair works.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for excavation, pipefitting, and other tasks.
- Providing clear, reassuring communication to customers, explaining the work required and the process.
- Maintaining consistent and proactive communication with our Field Operations Team at HQ.
All applicants will need to complete a DBS Check and Credit Check.
Required Experience and Skills
- Leak detection techniques, including use of listening sticks, ground microphones, or other acoustic equipment.
- Experience with find & fix water supply repairs.
- Familiarity with trenchless pipe installation (moling) – desirable but not essential.
- Ability to create new points of entry for water supplies into buildings.
- Skilled in using a CAT scanner to identify underground service pipes and cables.
- Proficiency in reinstating surfaces to a high standard, including paving slabs, block paving, cold lay tarmac, and concrete.
