Recoveries Team Leader Salary – £31,500+ Mon-Fri, 9am to 5.30pm Bolton Do you have experience within insurance recoveries? Are you looking for the next step up within your career? If so, this may be the opportunity for you. We are looking to recruit a Recoveries Team Leader based in our clients Bolton office. The role involves professionally leading a well established recoveries teams, ensuring team performance is to a suitable standard and many more.. You will be the lead of a determined recoveries team, managing performance and growing the team to perfection. To be successful in the role you, will need to demonstrate excellent team leading and recoveries experience. Key Skills: * Strong customer focus and commitment to excellent service. * Ability to handle pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. * Confident communicator with clear written and verbal skills. * Experienced in handling technical motor claims and negotiating settlements. * Skilled in team leadership with a positive, supportive management style. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
