The role
You’ll manage your own caseload of Claimant Personal Injury matters , handling files from instruction through to settlement , while delivering excellent client service and progressing cases efficiently.
The caseload will focus primarily on RTA claims , across both portal and non-portal work .
Key responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of claimant PI claims end-to-end
- Progressing Fast Track cases in line with SLAs
- Handling claims via the MOJ & OIC portals (Stages 1-3)
- Managing RTA and general personal injury matters
- Delivering consistently high levels of client care
- Maintaining accurate records across case management systems
About you
- Experienced in claimant personal injury litigation (qualification not essential)
- Background as a Litigator, Fee Earner, Litigation Executive, or Solicitor
- Strong knowledge of the MOJ portal and claims process
- Able to manage a busy caseload independently
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, client-focused approach
- Credit hire experience or knowledge is highly desirable
