We're looking for an Operational Account Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of dedicated client contracts, ensuring high service standards, operational efficiency and commercial success.
The Role
- You'll manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring contractual obligations, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently achieved.
