MPJ Recruitment are currently working with a rapidly growing business who are currently growing their motor claims handling team. This is a very exciting time to join the business as they have recently opened a second office in the North West with continued plans for growth in 2026.
Overview: Your responsibility is to provide leadership and motivational direction to a team of motor claims handlers, ensuring that procedures are followed and they carry out their duties efficiently to ensure all claims are managed in accordance with Company policies, procedures and Service Level Agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership to a team of motor claims handlers to provide exceptional service to our customers.
- Working with key stakeholders to implement, develop and continually review processes.
- Ensure team objectives are set and achieved utilising SLAs & KPIs.
- Conduct 121s, team training sessions and performance management.
- Assist with the recruitment process, interview and select candidates for the business.
- Achieve individual targets & KPIs.
