We are looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities for improvement, gather and document requirements, and help deliver effective business and technology solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and working in a collaborative environment where they can make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
- Map and improve business processes and workflows
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Support project delivery and change initiatives
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder discussions
- Produce reports, documentation, and presentations
- Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, and end users
- Assist with testing, training, and implementation activities
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
