Key Responsibilities
- Handling new motor claims from first notification through to settlement.
- Gathering detailed information from clients to assess liability and progress each case.
- Recording and managing claims using a bespoke claims management system.
- Managing your own caseload while supporting colleagues when required.
- Providing guidance and support to junior team members.
- Communicating with clients, insurers, solicitors and referrers to ensure smooth file progression.
- Maintaining an organised diary system to keep cases moving efficiently.
