Looking for a role where you'll be trusted to run your own caseload while being supported by a friendly, experienced team? Our client is growing their Residential Property department and is looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join them.
The Role: You'll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering an excellent client experience every step of the way. You'll be responsible for:
- Managing sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters
- Keeping clients informed throughout the transaction
- Liaising with estate agents, lenders and other third parties
- Ensuring files progress efficiently and compliantly
- Building strong relationships through outstanding client service
About You: We're keen to hear from:
- Licensed Conveyancers
- Legal Executives (CILEX)
- Solicitors
- Experienced Residential Property Fee Earners
You'll have experience managing your own conveyancing caseload, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and be confident using case management systems.
