The Role
You will play a key role supporting the conveyancing team, with varied and rewarding responsibilities including:
- Typing and preparing legal correspondence
- Completing Land Registry and Stamp Duty Land Tax forms
- Handling reception duties, including answering calls and welcoming clients
- Preparing billing and completion statements
- General administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, emails and faxes
- Requesting and managing property searches
