We're looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee a network of repair contractors across the North, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
This is a role for someone who isn't afraid to challenge poor performance, build strong relationships, and take responsibility for the successful delivery of repairs from start to finish.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing contractor performance across your region
- Carrying out site inspections and quality audits
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and within budget
- Building relationships with contractors and key stakeholders
- Resolving issues before they impact customers
- Driving service improvements and maintaining high standards
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing contractors within construction, repairs or property services
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Full UK Driving Licence
