Are you an experienced Licensed Conveyancer looking for a new opportunity with a progressive law firm that offers flexibility, a supportive working environment and real opportunities for career development?
Our client is a modern and forward-thinking law firm with a growing Residential Property team. They are now looking for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, Solicitor or Residential Property Fee Earner to join their friendly and collaborative team.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of your own residential conveyancing caseload, managing matters from initial instruction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold transactions
- Building strong relationships with clients and keeping them regularly informed
- Liaising with estate agents, lenders and other relevant third parties
- Progressing matters efficiently while ensuring all regulatory requirements are met
- Providing a high standard of service and delivering a positive client experience
About You
You’ll have proven experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish, along with excellent communication and organisational skills and a strong eye for detail.
