Senior Conveyancing Solicitor
Location: Hounslow (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Dependent on Experience
Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week
MPJ Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing law firm for an experienced Senior Conveyancing Solicitor to join their Hounslow office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior residential property professional with at least 8 years' PQE who is looking to take on a key role within a successful conveyancing team. Candidates with previous management or leadership experience will be particularly attractive, although this is not essential.
The successful candidate will have strong technical conveyancing expertise alongside experience in compliance-related responsibilities, including CQS, MLRO and wider regulatory compliance matters.
Key Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years' PQE in residential conveyancing
- Extensive experience managing a varied residential property caseload
- Previous senior-level or management experience advantageous
- Knowledge and experience of CQS accreditation requirements
- Experience acting as, or working closely with, MLRO and compliance functions
- Strong organisational, leadership and client care skills
- Ability to support and develop junior team members
