Responsibilities Managing your own portfolio of FNOL Calls, whilst also offering support to others in training Offering customers the best service and contributing to our claims strategy Being a strong team player and working together to achieve business goals and objectives Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and brokers Qualifications Experience working within FNOL and Motor Claims either within retail or domestic claims Awareness of current UK insurance trends and market impacts You'll help to coach and develop your colleagues so experience in helping others is a bonus Salary
