We are currently seeking an experienced Field Adjuster to join our Leeds office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated claims professional to manage their own portfolio of EL/PL, Products Liability and related liability claims, working closely with the Resident Partner and wider team.

About the Role

As a Field Adjuster, you will be responsible for handling your own caseload of liability claims from initial instruction through to settlement. This includes both desktop investigations and external site visits, ensuring accurate reporting and high-quality service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct desktop and on-site investigations into liability claims
  • Produce clear, detailed and timely reports for insurer clients
  • Liaise with brokers, insurers and other industry partners
  • Manage and settle claims within agreed authority levels
  • Attend client meetings (in person or remotely) as required
  • Gather evidence, secure information and maintain accurate documentation
  • Ensure all correspondence is professional, compliant and aligned with internal standards
