Crime Duty Solicitor Responsibilities:
- You will have responsibility for and will develop and deal with a caseload of Crime Work including representation at the Police Station and Magistrates Court.
- Part of the out of hours rota for Police Station attendance.
- You will be enthusiastic and energetic in developing and maintaining local and regional networks to attract and secure new business.
Role Specific:
- A current practicing certificate for either the SRA or CILEX.
- Own strong client following.
- Ability to run your own caseload and acting with autonomy.
- Ability to conduct marketing and building caseload.
- If not Duty Qualified a willingness to become accredited.
