Do you have experience working as a Legal Secretary or Conveyancing Secretary? Conveyancing Assistant Responsibilities:
- Typing legal correspondence
- Completing Land Registry Forms and completing Stamp Duty Land Tax Forms
- Reception duties (mainly answering the telephone) as well as seeing to clients when required
- Process residential and commercial conveyancing transactions and assist a senior fee earner
- Billing and completion statements
- Photocopying, scanning, emails and faxes
- Requesting Searches
