Complaints Investigator Auditor Manchester City Centre | Office Based (Monday-Friday) 9:00am - 5:00pm | £28,000 per annum Permanent | Start Date: September Looking for a role where you can make a real impact? We're looking for an experienced Complaints Investigator Auditor to join our growing Customer Experience team. If you have a background in complaints handling, compliance or auditing within claims, insurance or financial services, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that genuinely values quality, customer outcomes and continuous improvement. What you'll be doing: Investigating and resolving customer complaints fairly and efficiently. Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company standards. Identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve processes. Producing audit and complaints reports for senior management. Supporting and coaching colleagues to maintain high compliance standards. Helping deliver an exceptional customer experience. What we're looking for: Experience handling complaints and/or conducting audits within claims management, insurance or financial services . Good understanding of FCA regulations and compliance.
