Job Description Motor Claims Handler MPJ Recruitment are working with a growing claims management business to recruit experienced Motor Claims Handlers for their Colchester office. We're looking for claims professionals who are comfortable making decisions, investigating liability and managing their own caseloads through to settlement. Whether your background is in Own Damage, TPPD, Credit Hire, Personal Injury, Total Loss, or Liability Claims, we'd like to hear from you. You'll be responsible for handling a portfolio of motor claims, including: Own Damage and Third-Party Property Damage claims Identifying fraud concerns and escalating where appropriate Managing claims proactively from notification through to settlement Previous motor claims handling experience Strong liability knowledge and commercial awareness Comfortable making decisions and owning claim outcomes You don't need experience across every type of motor claim.
