We are looking for an organised and proactive Claims Coordinator to join our growing team based in Mold, North Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering excellent customer service. Experience within claims administration is highly desirable, particularly within property-related claims, insurance, loss adjusting, repairs, or housing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing claims from initial notification through to resolution
- Coordinating communication between customers, contractors, insurers, and internal teams
- Maintaining accurate records and updating claim files and systems
- Scheduling works, appointments, and inspections where required
- Monitoring claim progress and ensuring service level agreements are met
- Handling incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently
- Supporting the wider operations and administration team as needed
About You
- Previous administration or coordination experience is essential
- Claims administration experience is highly desirable
