Due to continued growth, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Child Care Solicitor to join their expanding East Midlands team. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload of publicly funded child care matters while working alongside an experienced, collaborative team that is committed to delivering outstanding client care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of publicly funded child care matters.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to parents, grandparents, other family members, interveners, and children, either directly or through their CAFCASS-appointed Children's Guardian.
- Prepare cases for court, including drafting court bundles and instructing counsel where appropriate.
- Oversee Legal Aid applications and ensure compliance with CCMS procedures.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of client care and legal service.
