The RoleYou will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of litigated RTA and Personal Injury matters from inception through to settlement or trial. Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you will play a key role in delivering excellent outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a caseload of litigated RTA and Personal Injury claims
- Progressing files efficiently from inception to settlement or trial
- Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and trial documentation
- Negotiating settlements with insurers and third parties
- Liaising with counsel, clients, medical experts, and insurers
- Ensuring compliance with CPR and internal service standards
- Delivering a professional, proactive, and client-focused service
We are looking for a confident and driven legal professional who can work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
- A minimum of 1.5 - 2 years' experience handling litigated RTA and/or Personal Injury matters
- Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and litigation process
- Experience managing Fast Track matters independently
- Multi-Track experience (advantageous but not essential)
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- A proactive and results-driven approach
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced non-qualified fee earner
