Looking for a role where you'll be trusted to run your own caseload while being supported by a friendly, experienced team? Our client is growing their Residential Property department and is looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join them.

The Role:

  • You'll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering an excellent client experience every step of the way.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold matters
  • Keeping clients informed throughout the transaction
  • Liaising with estate agents, lenders and other third parties
  • Ensuring files progress efficiently and compliantly
  • Building strong relationships through outstanding client service

About You:

You'll have experience managing your own conveyancing caseload, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and be confident using case management systems.
