  • Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service while working towards individual performance and commission targets.
  • Identify opportunities to maximise customer outcomes and contribute to the overall success of the team.

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and can remain calm, professional and reassuring when dealing with customers who may have just experienced a stressful event.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in FNOL, motor claims, insurance, accident management or a similar customer-focused role.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
