Industrial Disease Fee Earner Location: Blackburn Hours: Monday to Friday Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE About the Role We are looking for an experienced Industrial Disease Fee Earner to join our growing and specialist Industrial Disease team in Blackburn. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven legal professional with experience handling claimant industrial disease claims, particularly Noise-Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL), who is confident managing their own caseload and has proven litigation experience. Key Responsibilities: You will manage claims from initial instruction through to settlement and, where required, through the litigation process. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality legal advice, progressing claims efficiently, and providing an exceptional level of client care throughout. Duties: Manage a caseload of claimant industrial disease claims, including NIHL, from instruction through to settlement or litigation.
