As the Tender Manager, you will organize and manage the tender process for one or more large, multidisciplinary, and complex projects, from receipt of the invitation from the contracting party to the submission of the offer, followed by negotiation.

The Tender Manager will have a proactive approach with sound commercial insight, able to work independently while managing complex projects. An intuitive thinker who effectively communicates with stakeholders at both national and international levels, recognizing the importance of the bigger picture, with the following qualities:
The ideal candidate will have
- A Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering
- Knowledge of contracts and an understanding of commerce
- Customer-minded with a professional attitude
- An analytically strong colleague who is results-oriented and collaborative
- Excellent communication and social skills to bring people together
- Ability to occasionally travel internationally to project sites, clients, and the Netherlands office
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the offshore (wind) industry
