Our client manufactures aluminium and steel grilles and diffusers for the ventilation industry throughout the UK and beyond. Job overview
- Design and develop existing and new products
- Create CNC programs for laser machine, turret press and press brakes using Radan software, ensuring processes are being followed.
- Produce and check CAD Drawings, ensuring high levels of accuracy
- Improve manufacturing processes where possible
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience with RADAN is preferred, other CAD packages considered
- Knowledge of Amada press brakes and laser machines
- Knowledge of sheet metal / fabrication manufacturing
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the company and team members
- Great attitude towards problem solving
- Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
