Permanent position for an Aircraft Survival Equipment Supervisor. As a AEA Supervisor you will play an integral role in the day-to-day maintenance of AEA, aligning to our Clients values you will promote a safe working culture, collaboratively working to help achieve the company goal of providing trained pilots as part of the UKMFTS programme.
Qualifications & Experience
- Essential Experience
- Experience of working in an SE/AEA Supervisory role.
- A demonstrable track record of working in an operational AEA maintenance section.
- Proven experience of being able to self-motivate as a lone worker in an operational AEA maintenance section.
- Experience of working closely with multi-site teams, building relationships, and leveraging them to deliver outstanding performance in a highly regulated environment.
- Proficiency in use of common software packages including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Recognised RAF Survival Equipment Course (or civilian equivalent).
- Recognised Q-SE-AC or GAEA qualification.
- Recognised Human Factors training.
- Recognised training qualification.
