MPI Limited are looking for a Burnham Lecturer in Avionics to teach technical training to multi‑national students aged 16‑35 in classroom and aircraft hangar environments based at Cosford, Wolverhampton.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will deliver Electrical & Avionics Principles and related topics to RAF FT and IDT students on a City & Guilds level 3 Technician course.

Requirements

  • HNC, HND or Degree in any STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths)
  • Teaching experience at level 6
  • Desirable: experience working in a military environment

Compensation

  • £38.81 per hour (Umbrella)
  • £33.92 per hour (Limited Company)
  • £28.33 per hour (PAYE)

Working Hours

Normal working hours are 08:00 Monday to Friday and 08:30 Friday. Candidates may occasionally be required to work outside these hours and will receive time off in lieu.

Security and Disclosure

Applicants will need a Basic Disclosure at a cost of £25 and will undergo an MOD BPSS Security Clearance, required at the job offer stage.
