Job Title: HR Administrator MPI requires a Short-Term HR Administrator, for our client based in Birmingham Pay rate: Β£15.00-Β£19.00 per hour PAYE – depending on experience Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office (Weds/Thurs) Working Hours: Monday β Friday, 9am β 5pm, 35 hours per week Start date: ASAP End date: 29/08/2025 Overview: This role will work within the clientβs HR Systems team. The role will report to an HR Specialist and will involve critical data administration activities, including processing changes within SAP HCM and LMS, and handling basic second-line support queries related to LMS. Main Responsibilities Basic administration of data into SAP HCM, including maintenance of the Organisational Structure and learning data Support of tickets related to LMS Candidate Requirements Experience working in a shared service centre environment Prior experience of SAP HCM Good knowledge of SAP HR organisational objects and their attributes (preferable) Data-oriented with experience in data administration activities Self-motivated, organized, with strong attention to detail Experience working with data in large organizations such as the BBC Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening) for interaction at all organizational levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong skills in Applicant systems Experience with SuccessFactors (ideally) #J-18808-Ljbffr
