MPI are looking for HV Jointers and Electricians for a project based in Scotland.

Location: Central Belt Scotland (Glasgow to Edinburgh)

Contract: Ongoing

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Rates:

  • HV Jointers (up to 33kV): £36 per hour Ltd
  • Electricians: £30 per hour Ltd

Overview: We are currently recruiting experienced HV Jointers and Electricians for ongoing EV Charging Infrastructure projects across the Central Belt of Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term contract work with competitive market rates and consistent weekday hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and maintenance works on EV charging infrastructure projects
  • Carrying out electrical works in line with industry standards and regulations
  • Working within ICP (Independent Connection Provider) environments
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently

Requirements:

  • HV Jointers: Experience working up to 33kV; Previous ICP experience essential; Relevant HV authorisations and competencies
  • Electricians: 18th Edition qualification essential
