MPI are looking for HV Jointers and Electricians for a project based in Scotland.
Location: Central Belt Scotland – Glasgow to Edinburgh
Contract: Ongoing
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
Rates:
- HV Jointers (up to 33kV): £36 per hour Ltd
- Electricians: £30 per hour Ltd
Overview: We are currently recruiting experienced HV Jointers and Electricians for ongoing EV Charging Infrastructure projects across the Central Belt of Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term contract work with competitive market rates and consistent weekday hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance works on EV charging infrastructure projects
- Carrying out electrical works in line with industry standards and regulations
- Working within ICP (Independent Connection Provider) environments
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
Requirements:
HV Jointers:- Experience working up to 33kV
- Previous ICP experience essential
- Relevant HV authorisations and competencies
- 18th Edition qualification essential
- Inspection & Testing preferred
- Previous ICP experience preferred
- Experience within EV infrastructure projects beneficial
