FITTER / WIRE OPERATIVE Temp to Perm OR Perm for the right candidate (£14.00 to £17.00 / Hour) The Company is a manufacturer of low voltage switchgear. The position of Fitter / Wire Operative would be based at the Company’s manufacturing facility located in St. Albans with the opportunity to join the site installation team. This position entails the fitting and wiring of electrical power components within sheet metal enclosures. This would include assisting the fitter operatives with the installation of main busbar systems when required. The ability to be able to wire from electrical schematic diagrams is essential. The main roles with this position include (but are not limited to) the following: Wiring electrical components in accordance with schematic diagrams.
