MPI have a requirement for 2 x Senior Engineer Technicians to work in Cranfield MK43 0AL and 1 x Cryogenics Senior Tech Officer. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week, typically from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm. This role is in scope of IR35 and is an immediate start. It is approximately a 1 to 2 year contract with the possibility of permanent employment for a passionate individual.
Responsibilities include:
- Operation of test machines
- Hands-on engineering tasks
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting
Position 1:
- Background in Instrumentation, PLC - Programmable Logic Controls
- Experience from oil and gas industries and/or processing industries
Position 2:
- Background in Assembly Rigs, Mechanical
- Experience from the automobile industry and/or refrigeration industry with pumps and pipelines
Position 3:
- Working with instrumentation test rigs down to minus 140 degrees centigrade
- Experience with Liquid Hydrogen and gaseous
- Experience from BOX – British Oxygen Company or similar with experience of Liquid Nitrogen
