MPI are currently recruiting for experienced Avionics Fitters based at Luton Airport.

Winter programme – immediate start until May/June 2026
Night shift
Monday – Thursday (21:00 – 07:00)
Ideal candidates will have Avionic Modification experience. They will complete the mod on each aircraft moving from one to the next and need to be able to commit to the whole season.
They need to be able to fault find and test.
Candidates with a workshop background would be considered as well as those working on aircraft.
Duties:
Carrying out maintenance and modifications on Boeing 737 variants and 787s as part of their winter programme.
Daily Activities
Carry out modifications of aircraft systems such as installation of new systems and deletion of old systems. This included fitting new looms and wires into existing looms, terminations and component installation. xiskglj
Systems testing post rebuild.
Scheduled maintenance tasks
Troubleshooting of complex systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components
