MPI Limited are looking for a Burnham Lecturer in Avionics to teach technical training to multi-national students with an age range of 16-35 in both classroom and aircraft hangar environments based in Cosford, Wolverhampton.
The Avionics Lecturer position is an ongoing contract, as per customer requirements. A vacancy exists for a Burnham Lecturer in Avionics Principles in the Academic Principles Organisation at DSAE Cosford. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Electrical and Avionics Principles and related topics to RAF FT and IDT students on a City and Guilds level 3 Technician course.
The applicant must have a HNC/HND/Degree in any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Maths) subject. It is desirable that applicants have experience or working in a military environment.
PAY
- £38.81 per hour – Umbrella
- £33.92 per hour – Limited Company
- £28.33 per hour - PAYE
Normal working hours are 08.30 – 17.00 Monday – Friday and 08.30 – 16.30 Friday. There are times when candidates are required to work outside of these hours and if this happens they are given time off in lieu.
Please note - this position is classified as being in the public sector and in scope. The successful applicant will be required to apply for a Basic Disclosure at a cost of £25 and also undergo an MOD BPSS Security Clearance; this will only be required at job offer stage.
