Key Responsibilities:

  • Own strategic vision and roadmap for products in domain
  • Align technology with business strategy; lead feasibility and business case development
  • Oversee end-to-end software delivery and production support
  • Drive technology innovation to improve business processes
  • Manage business analysis, development, and QA teams
  • Set and enforce technology policies, standards, and best practices
  • Stay current with tech trends and evaluate their fit for the organization

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong leadership in software development and Agile/Waterfall methods
  • Experience in insurance/reinsurance systems and data
  • Solid programming background with front-end (ReactJS, HTML5, CSS, etc.)
  • Database expertise: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.
