We are looking for a highly skilled QA Manager to lead our testing initiatives across manual and automation domains. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in Selenium automation and deep knowledge of the Financial Services domain, particularly Securities Trading and Trade Clearance processes. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of systems that support critical financial operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end QA strategy across manual and automated testing
- Drive test automation using Selenium, building scalable frameworks
- Oversee execution of test plans, test cases, and regression suites
- Validate Securities Trade Lifecycle, including:
- Trade capture & enrichment
- Trade validation
- Trade clearance & settlement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, BA, Trading, Ops)
- Manage defect lifecycle: identification, tracking, and resolution
- Conduct performance and load testing for high-volume trading systems
- Mentor and guide QA team members on best practices and automation
- Integrate QA processes into CI/CD pipelines
- Prepare and present QA reports, metrics, and insights to stakeholders
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Selenium automation
- Solid foundation in manual testing methodologies
- Experience with Financial Services systems
- Knowledge of:
- Securities trading systems
- Trade lifecycle & clearance processes
- Experience with test planning, execution, and defect management
- Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with automation frameworks (TestNG, Cucumber, BDD)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, DevOps pipelines)
- Exposure to FIX / SWIFT messaging protocols
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks (MiFID II, EMIR)
- Experience in post-trade processing & reconciliation systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- QA / Testing certifications (ISTQB or equivalent) are a plus
