- Program Management – Value Realization / Benefits Tracking
- Provide expert strategic direction for program evolution, drawing on extensive prior experience in large‑scale technology, people, and process transformations.
- Act as a hands‑on contributor, directly supporting the Program Manager in driving key initiatives and achieving program objectives.
- Rapidly assimilate into existing technological landscape, organizational structure, and operational processes.
- Help establish baseline of efforts / efficiency for Current Mode of Operations (CMO)
- Formalize the outcomes / transition expectations (net impact) associated with Future Mode of Operations
- Collect and collate evidentiary support on AIOps adoption and progress on Net Impact
- Possess deep domain expertise in relevant technology and business transformation methodologies.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to move beyond advisory roles to actively execute and implement solutions.
- Contribute to the identification and mitigation of risks associated with complex transformation efforts.
- Exhibit exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leadership.
