We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic nuclear projects within a highly regulated environment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-value projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of nuclear projects (planning, execution, delivery)
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Manage schedules, budgets, risks, and project reporting
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (engineering, QSHE, operations…)
- Oversee contracts, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Act as the key interface with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with nuclear safety and quality standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 19443)
- Promote a strong safety and continuous improvement culture
- Mentor and support junior team members
Profile
- Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects (> £5M)
- Mandatory experience in the nuclear sector
- Experience working on EDF UK projects is highly desirable
- Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project)
- Strong understanding of regulated environments and QSHE standards
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in both French and English
