Main responsibilities: Supervise welders and welding activities on site.
Ensure welding is carried out according to approved procedures (WPS) .
Check that welders are using the correct materials, consumables and equipment.
Ensure compliance with HSE and nuclear safety requirements .
Coordinate daily welding work with supervisors and other trades.
Monitor welding quality and ensure required inspections/NDT are completed.
Maintain welding records and documentation.
Conduct toolbox talks and ensure workers follow RAMS/method statements.
Report defects, unsafe conditions and progress to the site management.
Ensure work is completed according to the project schedule and quality requirements .
