Nous recrutons un(e) Senior Project Manager pour intervenir sur des projets nucléaires stratégiques au sein d’un environnement hautement réglementé. Vous serez responsable de la gestion complète de projets complexes et à forte valeur, en garantissant leur livraison dans le respect des exigences de sécurité, qualité, coûts et délais.
Vos responsabilités
- Piloter des projets nucléaires de bout en bout (planification, exécution, livraison)
- Assurer le respect des exigences contractuelles et réglementaires
- Gérer les plannings, budgets, risques et reporting projet
- Coordonner des équipes multidisciplinaires (ingénierie, QSHE, opérations…)
- Superviser les contrats, fournisseurs et sous-traitants
- Assurer la relation avec le client et les parties prenantes
- Garantir l’application des normes qualité et sûreté nucléaire (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 19443)
- Promouvoir une culture forte de sécurité et d’amélioration continue
- Encadrer et accompagner les membres plus juniors
Profil recherché
- Formation supérieure en ingénierie, management de projet ou équivalent
- Expérience significative en gestion de projets complexes (> £5M)
- Expérience impérative dans le secteur nucléaire
- Expérience sur projets liés à EDF UK fortement appréciée
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (Primavera, MS Project)
- Bonne connaissance des environnements réglementés et normes QSHE
- Leadership, capacité à piloter des environnements complexes
- Excellentes compétences en communication et gestion des parties prenantes
- Français et anglais professionnels requis
Atouts
- Certification APM, PMP ou équivalent
- Connaissance des méthodologies Lean / Six Sigma
- Expérience en amélioration continue
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects (> £5M)
