We work with developments across the UK and UAE. As we grow, weโre looking for a highly organised Executive Assistant to step into a critical Delivery Operations role Helping us manage live campaigns, lead pipelines, and internal workflows.
The Role
You will work across multiple departments supporting performance campaigns, maintaining our CRM, social media support coordinating freelancers, and keeping delivery on track. Youโll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Commitment: Freelance (25โ40 hours/week)
Opportunity: Long-term role with potential to grow into operations leadership
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update our Airtable CRM (leads, pipelines, tagging, data hygiene)
- Coordinate campaign execution across Meta ads, content production and reporting
- Track tasks and timelines for designers, editors, and external partners
- Support client communications and internal delivery reporting
- Schedule social media content and assist with basic caption copy
- Organise and maintain internal processes and SOPs
- Monitor lead follow-up workflows and support B2C sales agents with lead data

- Airtable
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Meta Ads (basic familiarity a plus)
- ChatGPT (daily use)
Candidate Profile
- Exceptionally organised and highly responsive
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working with digital tools and managing fast-moving projects
- Comfortable working remotely and able to manage multiple priorities
- Background in real estate, marketing or tech startups is a bonus
- UK-based or available for some hybrid working preferred
