Contexte du projet
Notre client travaille sur un projet, visant à accroître la production du champ pétrolier de Ratawi à 210 kbopd via la construction d’une nouvelle CPF et le forage de 221 puits. Ce projet s’inscrit dans un contexte complexe, avec des exigences élevées en matière de sécurité, qualité et optimisation des coûts.
Missions principales
- Superviser les activités d’ingénierie des équipements rotatifs (pompes, compresseurs) et des packages (injection chimique, récupération de vapeur, compresseurs d’air, groupes électrogènes diesel) réalisées par le contracteur EPSCC, afin de garantir :
- La conformité aux spécifications techniques, normes HSE et objectifs du projet.
- Le suivi et le contrôle des livrables d’ingénierie, des études et des réponses aux questions techniques.
- La validation des spécifications, achats, tests et installation des équipements.
- La participation aux évaluations techniques des offres fournisseurs et aux réunions de clarification.
- La coordination avec les autres disciplines et les équipes opérationnelles pour assurer la cohérence technique et l’intégration des exigences d’exploitabilité et de maintenance.
- La contribution aux revues techniques (HAZID, HAZOP, revue 3D, etc.) et la mise en œuvre des actions associées.
- Le support à la résolution des problèmes techniques et aux activités de mise en service.
- La participation aux inspections et tests en usine (FAT).

- Promouvoir les principes de conception sécurisée et intégrer les exigences HSE.
- Assurer la gestion des interfaces techniques et des modifications de conception.
- Identifier les risques techniques et proposer des stratégies de mitigation.
- Maintenir la qualité et la conformité des livrables aux standards de notre client.
- Soutenir les équipes achats et construction pour garantir la continuité entre conception et exécution.
Profil recherché
- Formation : Diplôme d’ingénieur en mécanique (obligatoire). Certification CEng ou PE appréciée.
- Expérience : Minimum 15 ans en ingénierie des équipements rotatifs et packages, idéalement dans le secteur pétrolier et gazier. Au moins 5 ans dans un rôle senior côté client, en phase de conception détaillée.
- Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des standards et pratiques liés aux équipements rotatifs.
- Langues : Anglais courant.
- Qualités personnelles : Excellentes compétences en communication, capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes, travail collaboratif en environnement multiculturel.
