We're looking for an organised, proactive and client‑focused Property Manager to join our growing team in Marlow. This is a varied role responsible for managing a portfolio of residential investment properties on behalf of professional athletes and their families. Many of our clients have demanding professional careers and rely on us to manage their property portfolios with minimal involvement from them. You'll play a key role in protecting client assets, maintaining occupancy, ensuring compliance, coordinating maintenance, and delivering an exceptional service experience that provides complete peace of mind.
Working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors, you'll ensure properties are well maintained, fully compliant and operating efficiently while helping clients maximise the long‑term performance of their property investments.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants and professional representatives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and service.
- Manage tenancy‑related enquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Handle tenant requests including pets, tenancy changes, rent enquiries and general tenancy matters.
- Coordinate property takeovers and onboarding of new managed properties.
- Manage end‑of‑tenancy processes, tenancy renewals and property handovers.
- Deliver regular portfolio updates and investment‑focused recommendations to clients.
- Support landlords in protecting and maximising the performance of their property investments.
- Manage maintenance issues from instruction through to completion.
- Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to coordinate repairs and works.
- Obtain quotations and landlord approvals where required.
- Monitor contractor performance and service standards.
- Ensure repairs are completed efficiently, professionally and cost‑effectively.
- Manage warranty‑related repairs and claims.
- Identify opportunities to improve property condition and reduce long‑term maintenance costs.
- Support planned maintenance and improvement projects that enhance asset performance.
- Coordinate Gas Safety Certificates, EICRs and EPC renewals.
- Manage Right to Rent requirements.
