About the role
We’re looking for a Sales Administrator Apprentice to support our Sales Progression and wider Sales team in managing property transactions from offer agreed through to completion. This is a hands-on, varied role combining administration, client coordination, reporting, and marketing support. You’ll also support front-end sales by preparing reports used in client and investor calls. Perfect for someone organised, creative, and keen to build a career in property, sales, or marketing.
What you’ll be doing
- Sales administration & file setup
- Set up and manage new sales files
- Prepare client communications and documentation
- Chase reservation agreements, payments, and solicitor forms
- Keep records accurate and well organised
- Liaise with solicitors, agents, and developers
- Track milestones (contracts, searches, exchange, completion)
- Update CRM systems with clear notes
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and partners
- Manage calls and emails professionally
- Escalate issues where needed
- Produce Portfolio Reviews, Property Reports, and Development Reports
- Prepare materials for investment and client calls
- Present information clearly and accurately
- Create basic social media artwork (including birthday graphics)
- Support marketing email campaigns
- Collect and format client testimonials
- Assist with content for completions and success stories
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines
- Support handovers to the Facilities Management team
- Prepare clear notes and maintain audit trails
- Ensure all property and client details are logged
- Assist with insurance setup at completion
- Introduce clients to lettings/management services
- Help coordinate contractors and track invoices
- Keep systems and trackers up to date
- Support the Sales team with day-to-day tasks
- Assist with office administration
