Are you someone with a passion and enthusiasm to provide excellent customer service? Do you have previous experience of working within a high-volume hire desk environment? Then we want to hear from you! We need a Hire Desk Controller to join our team and be responsible for assisting customers with their requirements for hire equipment. Here are some of the things you can expect to do: Handling customer enquiries for Powered Access, Forklifts, Telehandlers & Plant. Liaison with customers regarding all hire, sales and service enquiries. Proactively promoting the company and its products / services at all times. Negotiating hire rates and preparing quotations with associated spec sheet data. General administrative duties including resolution of queries. This list isn\’t exhaustive, and you may be called upon for additional duties as needed. Along with the ability to work under your own initiative you will have strong organisational skills. Demonstrable knowledge of types of plant , machinery, small tools, lifting and safety equipment that would be great too, but dont worry if you havent as we can build this knowledge once you are onboard.
