Hours: Basic 35 hours worked Tuesday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, Saturday 9.00am to 2.00pm, Stocktake weekend once a year
Your role: To ensure that the showroom delivers excellent customer service by:
- Serving customers efficiently, politely and profitably
- Designing, planning and specifying bathrooms for customers
- Pricing the designed bathroom profitably
- Ordering and managing the products and working to the project deadlines
- Management of whole sales process for customers
- Use of CAD to plan and design bathrooms and kitchens
- Asking and answering questions effectively to gain knowledge of customer and their projects and to build good rapport with customers
- Preparation of quotations for customers
What We’re Looking For:
- Knowledge of bathroom products preferred but not essential
- Sales skills
- Self-motivated, ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
